Larmesa Lees
Larmesa Lees

larmesa has trained at Four Winds Yoga since 2003.

She is currently teaching Monday morning at 9.30am.

'This method of practice drew me in as the supports allow me to become totally immersed in each asana.  Suzi’s concise instruction brings my mind into the class room and to precise parts of the body, where nothing else seems to exist (for an hour and a half!).   My mind and body feel nourished after each practice.' 'My daily practice of yoga sustains the rest of my life.  I am grateful to yoga for giving me a healthier body, keeping me in check emotionally and giving me a sense of inner peace.  I started Iyengar training this year at Four Winds Yoga.  Suzi's attention to alignment has helped me find space and length in my body.  This is an intelligent way to become strong and healthy'.
