Suzi Carson's Pregnancy Program consists of 3 stages:

Pregnancy Yoga | Mother and Baby Yoga (M&B) | Mothers Only Yoga (MOY)


Pregnancy Yoga Classes:

Tuesday 6.00pm

Thursday 7.30pm

Saturday 11.00am

Cost: $120 (8 classes)


Booking for  your first Pregnancy Yoga class is essential.

Once you have started you can continue coming to any of the classes without further booking.

Space | Stability | Strength

Each component is vital to the wellbeing of women during pregnancy.

I strongly believe that if a woman eats and sleeps well during her pregnancy her baby will grow and develop into a wonderfully healthy small human being. It is within our inherent makeup to produce healthy strong babies.

But what about the mother to be? Who will look after her? She will!

The mother to be is a strong vital woman who will grow and blossom alongside her baby. She will maintain a strong upright spine that will support her baby and herself post pregnancy. She will maintain her pelvic support and alignment and will increase her internal organ functions to accommodate the increasing demands. 

How?

Through a regular conscious yoga practice that is all about her.
