Fertility is often seen as something you have or not, much like a lucky dip and that there is not much we can do about increasing our probability of conceiving apart from relying on medical intervention or luck.

Yoga offers a way to improve your reproductive health so that you can maximise your potential to concieve. We make no promises but there is plenty of anecdotal evidence that paying attention to health, diet and reducing stress can have a significant positive effect on your reproductive system.

We are currently working with women who may have issues around fertility. We provide practical advice and the yoga tuition is easy to grasp and apply on a daily basis. We know the information you will obtain will help you to tailor your practice to prepare for and increase your probability of conception.
